What you'll do

• Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• prepare units for new residents
• perform preventive maintenance
• inspect properties and equipment for safe operation
• communicate professionally with residents and staff
• maintain service records in maintenance management software
• keep the workspace organized and property appearance standards
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and respond to weekend emergencies.
