What you'll do

• Repair mold chips, cracks, and drains
• spray gelcoat and texture custom bases
• clean, polish, resurface, and maintain molds
• troubleshoot defects and identify root causes
• inspect for wear and damage
• replace molds when necessary
• prepare molds for production
• support prototypes and new product development
• document mold work and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
