What you'll do

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize voice and electronic requests
• document service requests in the service desk application
• configure company-standard computer images
• help maintain computer, peripheral, and software inventory
• advise and instruct end users
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• install hardware and peripherals
• contact vendors about defective products
• participate in the assigned on-call rotation.
