What you'll do

• Prepare and send customer invoices and progress billings
• submit payment applications, lien waivers, and billing documents
• post payments and cash receipts
• reconcile accounts and resolve billing differences
• track retainage and follow up after project closeout
• monitor aging reports and contact past-due accounts
• support month-end close, reporting, and special projects
• assist other departments with billing and financial items.
