Independent Mental Health Therapist — Nevada Telehealth

Job overview

The Independent Mental Health Therapist role is fully remote, providing telemedicine to patients of Community Health Center partners throughout Nevada. The base salary is $75,000–$85,000 per year for a primary residence in Nevada. Ascend Healthcare provides integrated psychiatric and behavioral health services through a patient-first treatment model. The therapist delivers evidence-based individual and group counseling, maintains clinical records and treatment plans, participates in crisis intervention and multidisciplinary case planning, and supports recovery and community reintegration.

What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy
• review and document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents
• maintain compliant clinical records
• conduct crisis intervention based on safety plans
• participate in multidisciplinary case planning and supervision
• provide case management as needed.
