What you'll do

• Support residents with daily living skills, community integration, and apartment maintenance
• assist with hygiene, grooming, nutrition, and appropriate clothing
• conduct apartment safety and cleanliness checks
• report incidents and maintain communication logs
• follow emergency plans
• accompany residents to medical, social, and government appointments
• support medication and appointment compliance
• attend meetings and required training.
