What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple day program locations
• implement directives from the Director of Day Services
• evaluate and improve programs
• supervise and mentor program managers
• support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• set and track program goals
• conduct site visits
• integrate individualized support plans and evidence-based practices
• collaborate with families, community partners, and case managers
• assist with budgets and oversee documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance reporting.
