Retail Sales Lead, Part-Time

The Retail Sales Lead role is onsite in Chandler, AZ. Pay is $18 per hour. Hurley Retail seeks to support store sales and long-term business growth through customer service and store standards. The lead assists store management by helping achieve sales targets, maintaining merchandising and product-flow standards, and supporting store operations. The role also assumes store manager responsibilities when the manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Use customer-service training principles
• build customer connections

• ensure zone coverage and product expertise
• follow retail standards
• complete daily restocking
• maintain merchandising standards
• support front- and back-of-house operations, shipping and receiving, opening and closing, and customization as needed
• assume store manager responsibilities during the manager's absence
• partner with the store manager and other partners on shipments, strategies, and business opportunities
• plan and execute product flow
• perform opening and closing duties.

Why this role
