What you'll do

• Evaluate students to identify speech-language needs
• develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• monitor student progress through data-driven assessments
• provide direct speech and language therapy
• document therapy sessions and maintain case records
• collaborate with families, teachers, and caregivers
• participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
• mentor staff to build clinical capacity
• travel between assigned school locations.
