The Project Manager, Multifamily Construction role is an onsite position based in Mount Vernon, WA, overseeing projects across Skagit, Whatcom, and Snohomish counties. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus bonus. The role is with a well-established employee-owned regional contractor leading projects in growing Pacific Northwest communities. The project manager guides multifamily construction from preconstruction through completion and turnover, coordinating project teams and trade partners while managing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety. The role also supports client relationships, project financial performance, construction planning, and closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover
• promote safety
• manage schedules, budgets, quality, and project financial performance
• coordinate trade sequencing, procurement, and milestones
• work with superintendents to address field challenges
• coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
• support estimating and constructability reviews
• manage change orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation
• oversee punch lists, inspections, and turnover.
