What you'll do

• Greet prospects, residents, and vendors
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and text
• answer property calls and record details
• ensure apartments are ready to show and for move-ins
• inspect buildings, amenities, and vacant apartments
• explain pricing and availability
• assist with community events and social media marketing
• organize the package room
• maintain community communications and vendor relationships.
