Guest Experience Ambassador

The Guest Experience Ambassador role is onsite at Flamingo Gardens in Davie, FL, for the Winter Wonderland event. Compensation is $16 per hour. The role represents Hoffman’s Chocolates in its pop-up shop and Sweet Ride ice cream truck during a holiday celebration featuring lights and treats. The ambassador helps create a positive visitor experience while supporting event retail operations. The role contributes through guest engagement, brand representation, food safety, cleanliness, and accurate cash and point-of-sale procedures.

Why this role

Event dates are nightly November 21 through December 30, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day; average shifts are 4:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m. Applicants must be at least 18, available for at least 14 event nights, and proficient with a POS/register.
