What you'll do

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop ABA programs, provide parent education, adapt care in challenging situations, communicate proactively, and meet client-facing care and parent-consultation standards.
