Job overview

The Caregiver — Overnight / Grave Shift role is onsite in the Utah County area, including care in individuals’ homes and participation in community activities. Compensation is $15–$17.75 per hour, depending on experience. Chrysalis supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, relationships, and community participation. The caregiver provides practical, individualized support that helps people develop daily living skills and take part in activities they enjoy. The role includes teaching and modeling skills, assisting with planning, and supporting physical activity and community engagement.

Why this role

Grave shifts are approximately 12:00 AM–9:00 AM; afternoon and evening shifts are also available, with some flexibility discussed during interviews. No prior disability-support experience is necessary; training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 and pass a drug test and background check.
