What you'll do

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, rolls, and specialty items
• maintain mise en place and station readiness
• follow recipes and presentation standards
• monitor freshness, storage, labeling, rotation, and temperature
• coordinate with culinary leaders on features
• support and train line cooks when assigned
• communicate timing and special requests
• participate in inventory and waste control
• inspect seafood deliveries.
