Non-Medical Attendant Caregiver

The Non-Medical Attendant Caregiver role is primarily in person in clients’ homes in Burlington, KS, paying $13–$14 per hour. Part-time hours are available, with day, evening, and overnight support assigned as needed. Impact Home Health’s stated purpose is to create a positive, lasting impact for the people it serves. The caregiver provides non-medical daily living assistance and companionship to help clients remain safe, dignified, and as independent as possible. The role follows authorized care plans, observes and reports changes or concerns, and communicates with clients, families, and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide authorized personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and brief changing
• assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using approved equipment as trained
• prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• offer companionship
• follow care instructions and safety practices
• report changes in client condition
• complete visit documentation
• protect client privacy
• travel to assigned client homes.
