What you'll do

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, go-to-market, and other startup functions
• proactively source senior and hard-to-find technical talent
• provide talent mapping, market intelligence, compensation insight, and hiring strategy
• translate growth plans into hiring priorities and search strategies
• develop employer value propositions
• create interview processes, recruiting systems, metrics, and candidate experience
• close candidates in competitive situations involving compensation, equity, and competing offers.
