Senior Maintenance Supervisor — 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and machine repairs
• train employees on work methods and safety
• supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation
• coordinate repair scheduling with Production
• develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems, TPM, SOPs, and safety practices
• report status to maintenance management
• ensure USDA compliance
• maintain work and inventory records.
