What you'll do
- Lead claims staff and oversee intake, investigation, evaluation, reserving, and resolution
- ensure compliance with policy provisions, company guidelines, regulations, and industry standards
- manage complex and escalated claims
- review significant coverage determinations and settlement authority

- oversee quality assurance and audits
- monitor risks, reserves, loss trends, and financial exposure
