The Medical Assistant — Fertility Care role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM Central Time. The assistant supports fertility patients and clinical teams through phlebotomy, injections, specimen handling, patient education, and general clinical assistance. The role contributes to coordinated, compassionate care and the clinic’s patient-service goals.

What you'll do

• Perform phlebotomy and maintain blood-drawing station supplies
• administer injections
• assist with fertility patient care
• send specimens to appropriate labs
• counsel patients and couples, teach procedures, and communicate physician orders
• provide pre- and post-operative education
• perform semen washes and set up IUIs
• take vital signs
• enter lab information and print labels
• provide emotional support and promote customer service.
