The role exists to establish and lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls for a startup manufacturing facility. It supports operational decisions and growth by providing reliable financial analysis, cost and inventory oversight, and clear reporting to local and international stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, performance metrics, cash-flow forecasts, and strategic analyses
• maintain standard costing and analyze labor, material, and overhead variances
• monitor inventory valuation and processes
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• establish internal controls and ensure compliance
• coordinate audits and manage banking, tax, and regulatory relationships
• support ERP improvements and capital planning
• build and mentor finance personnel.
