Senior Project Manager (Construction)

The Senior Project Manager (Construction) role is onsite in Glendale, AZ, and pays $170,000–$220,000 per year. The position leads mission-critical construction projects from pursuit through warranty. The role exists to deliver projects safely and successfully across the full lifecycle, meeting budget, schedule, quality, and profitability goals. It also develops client relationships, supports business development, and mentors project teams while contributing to company initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead one large or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty
• maintain relationships with clients, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• support proposals and client presentations
• manage budgets, schedules, labor, procurement, safety, and performance
• oversee estimating, bidding, contract reviews, change orders, and purchasing
• monitor financials and project goals
• lead safety planning, inspections, and incident response
• mentor teams and collaborate on staffing
• represent the company and support continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 10–15 years of construction project management experience, and OSHA 10 certification. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
