Logistics Technician Level 1 — MyCare

The Logistics Technician Level 1 role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Compensation is not specified. The role prepares, inventories, validates, and ships iPads used in the MyCare system, while providing basic device support and ticket handling. Accurate asset records and timely fulfillment help keep devices available and operational for customers and client sites.

What you'll do

• Scan and record new iPads
• asset-tag devices and update databases or spreadsheets
• move inventoried devices to the warehouse
• inventory, clean, and validate refurbished iPads
• record device condition
• re-case and prepare devices for shipping
• complete order manifests and pack shipments
• answer MyCare calls and enter support requests
• respond to basic tickets and escalate unresolved issues to Logistics Tech Level 2
• maintain a clean work area
• drive to client sites to deliver or pick up iPads.

Why this role
