What you'll do

• Lead equipment installation, debugging, startup, and mechanical integration
• direct installation crews and subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor junior technicians
• troubleshoot mechanical issues
• interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• coordinate schedules, materials, tools, vendors, and resources
• perform alignment, leveling, rigging, torquing, testing, and calibration
• maintain installation records and reports
• follow safety and quality standards
• support equipment improvements and production readiness
• travel between Newton and Hickory project sites.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime and occasional off-hours work may be required. Associate degree preferred; high school diploma accepted with substantial hands-on experience. At least three years of equipment installation experience is required.
