What you'll do

• Enter vendor purchase orders
• monitor order status and communicate updates
• coordinate with production teams to fulfill orders
• track inventory and identify shortages
• work with purchasing on material procurement
• provide delivery estimates and order updates through ERP date management
• communicate customer requirements to production
• decide which items qualify as true expedites
• monitor production schedules and bottlenecks
• prioritize orders with production managers
• generate reports and analyze trends
• support sales planning and project review meetings.
