What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations, leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction
• ensure compliance with LIHTC, tax credit, and affordable housing requirements
• maintain resident files and prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting
• manage budgets, collections, delinquency, occupancy, and expenses
• supervise and develop onsite staff
• coordinate maintenance and vendors
• resolve resident concerns and support community engagement and retention.
