What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, furniture, windows, and common areas
• operate cleaning equipment
• replenish supplies
• move and arrange furniture
• secure doors and turn out lights
• perform basic repairs and assist with minor carpentry, wiring, and plumbing
• report repairs beyond scope
• maintain grounds and assist with snow removal
• track custodial supplies.
