Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in our Blue Anchor, NJ plant. This is an onsite role with a salary of $31.55-$35.72 per hour. Kellanova is a global leader in snacks and convenience foods. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. In this role you will acquire proficiency in specialized equipment and automation systems, all while having the chance to pursue certifications or additional training to further enhance your skills.

What you'll do

• Conducting Preventative Maintenance – Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment – your excellence will be the key to keeping production moving smoothly.
• Ensuring Performance Efficiency – Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs. You’ll facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Following Best Practices – Understand, follow and enforce all established guidelines. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures and recognized practices. You’ll help us keep delivering success, one waffle at a time.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED. Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
