What you'll do

• Develop and implement an external sales strategy and daily activity plan to achieve census goals
• build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, human resources departments, home health agencies, hospices, and other referral sources
• communicate facility services
• identify and develop new referral partnerships
• submit monthly activity calendars and weekly execution documentation
• convert referrals to admissions
• schedule partner events and activities
• follow the assigned territory
• maintain current referral-source records
• and review strategy with the Administrator.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of successful census development and occupancy management experience in a nursing home or related healthcare facility. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an unencumbered state nursing license.
