Automotive Inspector

What you'll do

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections with speed and precision, targeting completion within 20 minutes of work starting.
• Work with a Lube Technician to complete oil changes and inspections within 15 minutes or less.
• Identify vehicle service, repair, and safety needs through detailed inspections.
• Build accurate estimates in the shop management system for identified service and repair needs.
• Explain inspection findings directly to waiting customers and answer questions clearly.
• Perform quality-control checks and cross-check fellow technicians’ work.
• Partner with the Store Manager on shop processes, speed, quality, and continuous-improvement projects.
