What you'll do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and manual machining equipment
• produce components to blueprint specifications
• interpret drawings and work orders
• select tooling and determine machining parameters
• write and edit CNC programs
• make fixtures and tooling
• inspect components
• perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• recommend process improvements
• assist with training as needed.
