Vacation Rental Cleaner

Job overview

The Vacation Rental Cleaner role is onsite across Greater Houston and surrounding areas, TX. Compensation is per completed turnover, with rates of $45 for studio/one-bedroom properties, $60 for two bedrooms, $80 for three bedrooms, $100 for four bedrooms, and $135 for five bedrooms; larger homes are individually quoted. Bayou City Luxe prepares furnished rentals for incoming guests. The cleaner completes accepted property turnovers by cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, arranging, and inspecting guest spaces. Checklists, photographs, and prompt reporting help ensure each property is ready for the next guest and that issues are communicated to the team.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize designated rooms, surfaces, appliances, and floors
• replace linens and towels
• restock provided guest supplies
• return furnishings and amenities to designated locations
• prepare designated outdoor guest areas
• inspect and report damage, missing items, and maintenance concerns
• complete digital checklists and photographs
• follow property instructions for securing the home
• communicate delays, access issues, and supply shortages
• meet agreed turnover deadlines.
