Facility and Building Technician

Job overview

The Facility and Building Technician role is onsite in Chelmsford, MA. Compensation is $24–$34 per hour. The position supports facilities maintenance within Teleflex Global Operations, which is responsible for product fulfillment. The technician maintains and improves the facility by completing general repairs, inspections, and scheduled maintenance. The work helps keep facilities operating safely and supports manufacturing needs and operating-cost improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance, including lighting, ceiling tiles, equipment and office moves, leaks, and clogs
• assist with cleaning, painting, floor maintenance, and safety
• help with drywall, mudding and taping, doors, and flooring
• coordinate equipment repairs with vendors
• conduct routine system inspections and maintain documentation
• follow maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures
• identify and execute facility improvements.

Why this role
