Engineering Manager — Provider Experience

It exists to help a full-stack engineering team deliver reliable, secure, and intuitive AI-enabled tools that support clinicians’ daily work and the broader healthcare platform.

What you'll do

• Recruit, coach, and develop full-stack engineers
• own roadmap and execution across documentation, clinical assistant, AI skills, and provider workflows
• guide architecture across Python, TypeScript/React, data systems, and AI/LLM workflows
• partner with product, design, clinical, AI/ML, data, platform, and billing teams
• establish engineering practices for planning, code quality, testing, deployment, and observability
• ensure systems are reliable, secure, performant, and supported by on-call and incident response.

Why this role
