Description

Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for manufacturing and warehouse employees. Partner with HR Manager on guidance for leaders and employees. Administer HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), review bi-weekly payroll, and own new hire orientation and offboarding processes. Support full life-cycle recruitment and employee engagement activities.
