What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day functions of CNAs and PCAs
• administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications as ordered
• perform ordered wound care
• report shift activities
• communicate with residents’ families
• participate in inspections
• support discharge planning
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• document care in electronic files
• receive physician orders
• order medications and supplies
• conduct unit rounds
• provide nursing procedures and treatments.
