What you'll do

• Support sourcing events, including RFI, RFP, and competitive bids
• coordinate intake, timelines, and milestones
• assist with spend analysis and supplier comparisons
• facilitate and track approval workflows
• maintain process documentation and templates
• coordinate contract review, signature, and execution
• maintain contract and sourcing records
• support supplier due diligence and compliance documentation
• coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• use procurement, contract, reporting, and ticketing systems
• prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries.
