What you'll do

• Post and balance daily cash receipts, including lockbox, ACH, wire, and remote deposits
• post credit card payments and verify e-credit transactions
• maintain cash receipt files and posting logs
• proof invoices and customer emails, including EDI invoices
• maintain cash posting reports for special accounts
• research credit department documentation for audits
• scan bank documents and supporting details
• upload and verify insurance premiums and coverage records.
