What you'll do

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and interrogatories for attorney review
• review and summarize case materials
• conduct legal research and investigations
• assist with deposition, pre-trial, and trial preparation
• prepare exhibits and demonstrative evidence
• assist at trial
• use the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings
• capture and bill time
• support claim demands and packets and fact investigation.
