Functional Family Therapist

What you'll do

• Carry an assigned caseload
• provide Functional Family Therapy to adults and families in virtual or home-based settings, with home-based services subject to working conditions
• participate in therapy team meetings, supervision, training, and consultation
• refer families to services and supports
• complete case progress notes and report to external stakeholders.
