Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative position is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Pay is $16–$18 per hour based on experience, with a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule. The representative responds to customer questions across phone, email, and live chat, provides product and order information, and resolves concerns. The role supports customer satisfaction through accurate order assistance, account updates, and showroom counter support.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat
• provide information on order status, returns, and products
• maintain customer account information
• resolve product or service concerns
• process orders in person, online, or by phone
• handle payment and address updates securely
• generate return labels and coordinate with vendors
• record interactions and escalate complex issues
• provide showroom counter and administrative support.
