What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable, vendor records, invoice approvals, payments, digital records, annual vendor analysis, and 1099 preparation
• support weekly or biweekly payroll, FSA administration, union deductions, wage garnishments, and payroll journal entries
• assist with onboarding, benefits administration, offer letters, and personnel processes
• reconcile corporate cards
• support ACA reporting, accounts receivable, audits, budgets, year-end close, and reporting.
