Shop Technician I

Performs diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment in the main shop. Supports shop operations by completing assigned work orders efficiently and accurately. Works closely with Shop Supervisors, Service Managers, and other technicians to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations. Ensures all repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
