Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Nights in Hebron, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring adherence to age and population-specific standards.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
