What you'll do

• Prepare and review patient charts and histories in the EMR
• assist with provider documentation and note preparation
• identify missing documentation and follow up
• coordinate patient schedules, changes, follow-ups, and referrals
• communicate with facility staff
• obtain records and patient information
• enter information accurately
• track incomplete notes and follow-up items
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
