What you'll do

• Oversee facility operations and work activities across receiving/stocking, production, shipping, and inventory control
• plan and schedule labor
• coach and direct supervisors and staff
• support budgeting and cost controls
• direct workflow to meet productivity, turnaround, quality, and safety standards
• manage new-client integrations
• ensure staff training
• coordinate inventory control
• partner with Client Services and Industrial Engineering
• prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• maintain ISO processes and comply with OSHA and MNOSHA standards.
