AMN Healthcare is seeking a full-time, onsite Child & Adolescent (C&A) Psych Director in Bridgeport, CT. This is a Medical Director / Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist role reporting to the President & CEO. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week of direct patient care, including evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and consultation. The remaining time is dedicated to clinical leadership, supervision, quality improvement, and program development. This is a fully outpatient role with clinic hours Monday through Friday, with no inpatient responsibilities or traditional call requirements. Compensation includes a salary range of $300,000–$325,000, a $60,000 sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment, and up to $15,000 in relocation reimbursement. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage. The primary purpose of this role is to provide clinical leadership and direct psychiatric care for children and adolescents within the organization. The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and contribute to the development and expansion of mental health services for the C&A population.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning.
• Offer consultation on complex cases.

• Participate in program development and community engagement.
• Work in a fully outpatient setting, Monday-Friday.
