What you'll do

• Monitor alarm systems and act on activations according to client instructions
• serve as a contact for customers experiencing security breaches or service issues
• respond to emergency and non-emergency situations
• follow standard operating procedures for security calls and incidents
• make inbound and outbound calls to police and responding agencies
• provide customer service
• prepare detailed incident reports documenting contacts and actions.

Why this role

Full-time, nonexempt role with paid two-week onboarding training Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of CCTV/security video monitoring experience, and at least one year of customer service experience. Scheduled shifts include evening and overnight options, weekends, and holidays when scheduled.
