What you'll do

• Identify and develop skilled nursing facility partnerships for CNA clinical rotations
• ensure sites meet CDPH and school accreditation standards
• coordinate agreements, documentation, and rotation schedules
• recruit qualified LVN instructors
• maintain an instructor pool and assist with onboarding and credentialing
• conduct site visits
• represent the school at healthcare and workforce events
• track outreach and compliance records.
