What you'll do

• Assist with residential property management
• prepare units for showings and move-ins
• conduct showings and answer prospect questions
• address resident concerns and maintenance requests
• process applications, recertifications, renewals, and lease paperwork
• collect rent
• document resident communications
• support resident relations, marketing, and property standards
• follow Fair Housing requirements
• travel to assigned properties.
